and mobile. These games are delivered as digital keys that can be redeemed on
the corresponding platforms.
How are the games delivered?
Games are delivered as digital keys via email and also attached in your
HootEmpire account, in your Orders page. Once your purchase is confirmed,
you will receive an email with the key and instructions on how to redeem it.
How quickly will I receive my digital key after purchase?
Instantly after completing
your purchase. If there is a
delay, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and
other popular online payment services. All transactions are secure and
encrypted, and they are processed by widely known, trusty processors, like Zen.
We do not hold any of your payment information.
About Product Keys
What are these keys?
On every platform (Steam, Epic Games...) the developers of the games can
generate activation keys and sell them, by themselves. Every platform takes a
percentage off the sales, so developers get additional profit by selling
their games by themselves. The keys come from the developers of the
products or legal companies retailing them.
How do I redeem my game key?
Instructions for redeeming your game key will be provided in the email you
receive. Typically, you will need to visit the platform’s store (e.g., Steam,
PlayStation Store, Xbox Live), log in to your account, and enter the key in the
appropriate section.
Can I refund a key after I have redeemed it?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for keys that have already been redeemed.
The keys system worldwide is typically the same - a key can be redeemed once and
the product is not detachable from the account is redeemed on. If you encounter
any issues with the game itself, please reach out to the game’s
support team.
Are there any regional restrictions on the keys?
Some keys may have regional restrictions and will only work in specific
countries or regions. This information will be clearly stated on the product
page before purchase. Ensure that your account region matches the region of the
key.

What are your customer support hours?
We work daily and try to keep the wait time under 2 hours. In extremely rare
cases, it can take up to 24 hours to get a response.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed and the key is delivered, it cannot be canceled or
changed. If you made a mistake or need assistance, please contact customer
support as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
